If a member amends or cancels a reservation after the deadline for cancellation (as stipulated in the confirmation of reservation) or after expiry of Points, or in “no-show” cases, the Points used and payments made (eg. Reservation Administration Fees) shall be forfeited.
If a member amends or cancels a confirmed reservation before the deadline for cancellations but after all/part of the Points expiry date (reservation request had been submitted before Points expiry), any expired Points shall be forfeited accordingly whereas the current Points shall be refunded to member.
