The Club standard reservation lead time is 14 days prior to the preferred check-in date. Members who place last minute reservations (within 14 days) will be subjected to expiry of Points (if any) due to unconfirmed reservations.

Members are reminded to place their reservations early with our Member Relation department especially if they are reserving for peak and festive periods. For reservations to Club Asia International Base and Reciprocal hotels, please submit your bookings at least 3 months before your holiday. If you intend to make an Interval International exchange, please submit at least 6 months before your holiday. You could place your exchange request with Interval International as early as 1 year ahead of your travel date. All reservations and exchange requests are subject to availability.

If a member amends or cancels a reservation after the deadline for cancellation (as stipulated in the confirmation of reservation) or after expiry of Points, or in “no-show” cases, the Points used and payments made (eg. Reservation Administration Fees) shall be forfeited.
