Club Asia International is a Club Membership Scheme based on a Point System operated by the Operator which provides vacation accommodation units within Malaysia and international resorts / hotels. The scheme enables the Club Members to enjoy exclusive use of the specific unit of accommodation for an agreed period per annum for a specific number of years. At the expiration of the term of years, the entitlement of “right-to-use” will lapse.

The contractual right granted to a Club Member by the Operator pursuant to the purchase of the Membership gives each Club Member Vacation Points for each year of the Term. Under the Point System governing Club Asia International, Club Members are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.
